Neeson Arbitration Chambers and TCAS hosted ICDR Vice-President Steven Andersen's talk "ICDR Arbitration: 10 Things that Make it Unique" on January 18th, 2012

Gordon Kaiser and David Holgate are this year’s winners of the Energy Bear awards presented by the Canadian Energy Law Forum.

Kaiser, formerly vice chairman of the Ontario Energy Board and Holgate, a veteran regulatory lawyer from Calgary, were presented with the awards at a recent gathering at the Hastings House Hotel on Salt Spring Island, B.C.

On Thursday, September 22^nd, 2011 Neeson Arbitration Chambers played host venue for a luncheon presentation on key features of the new ICC Rules of Arbitration presented by Jason Fry, Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.  The well attended event is currently featured in Canadian Lawyer.  Co-sponsors of the talk include ICC Canada, ICC North American and William G.
